1. O' Reilly has never been that popular....
among Freepers. Shoot, many Freepers rip on Rush who is much further to the right than O'Reilly.

2. Ouch - those are n-a-s-t-y
When you go against the RW party line you are instantly hated. At least Dem's allow for criticism - it makes our party stronger - not weaker.

5. They still have Aunt Anne.

She'll never desert the cause. They can always count on her to tell them what to think.

6. O'Reilly's turnaround
"I was wrong. I am not pleased about it at all and I think all Americans should be concerned about this," O'Reilly said in an interview with ABC's "Good Morning America."

I rarely found myself in agreement with O'Reilly, and his personality grated on my nerves too much to waste time watching his show, but I have to admit that my respect for him just went up a notch.

Hilarious to to the Freepers eat one of their own.

8. Yeah,maybe a tiny notch of respect but.....
He'll be back to the same ole' Dem bashing tonight,it would be interesting if he would apologize on his show,I'd have a little bit more respect for him.

For the most part he's just covering his ass.

10. reason US went to war
this is one of the reactions -

"To: Republican Red
-The anchor of his own show on Fox News said he was sorry he gave the U.S. government the benefit of the doubt that former Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein (news - web sites)'s weapons program poised an imminent threat, the main reason cited for going to war.
Imminent threat by WMD was not the reason Bush gave. We went to war because:

1. Saddam was a madman who brutalized his people.
2. Saddam has failed to live up to the peace agreement and numerous UN resolutions.
3. Saddam had to be stopped before he did before he did become an emminent threat with WMD.
4. Saddam supported numerous terrorists groups including Al Qaeda.

The case for war is just as valid today as ever. That's the case Bush laid out back in 2002 and that's the case Bush should be defending."

14. #2 reminds me of the great RW contradictions
Being able to believe the U.S. should quit the UN and one our highest national priority is enforcing UN resolutions against Iraq.

18. Here is what our Secretary of State had to say about the matter
"All we‘re interested in is getting rid of those weapons of mass destruction. We think the Iraqi people would be a lot better off with a different leader, a different regime. But the principal offense here are weapons of mass destruction," Mr. Powell said.

15. One of the best parts of regaining Our Country will be
watching traitors like this (mis information, mis leading) get stabbed in the back by the ignorant posses they played on.
Two years from now on the show 'Where are they now?' O'lyer ,small aprtment in Detroit, cutting out political articles for come back.
