I see wage is dependent on whether you are a whitie,brownie or towel head (sorry)...
I assume those from Texas do other work but still 100$ a month doesn't look good.

2. What do taxpayers get billed for each of those $100-a-month locals?

My guess is $200,000 annually per head, or a neat little annual profit of $198,800 for each local. But that's just a guess and what do I know? Maybe Halliburton will release that data so all inquiring minds will know. In any event, we can surely take comfort that VP Chaney will never personally profit from any excess profits made by Halliburton through its reconstruction or other contracts in Iraq.
