Mcauliffe-ROOT OUT or EMBRACE?
Sorry if this topic has been posted before.

OK, I can't stand the guy. He is pompous and way out of touch with Democratic Party principals. I know we can't get rid of him before the election, but, win or lose, I would love to see him go after the GE.

1. He should have gone after the last disastrous round of elections.

Sucking up to Bush policies is no way to WIN!!

He has failed the party, and has done nothing except fund-raise. Too bad he couldn't stand up for a Democratic principle once in a while.

Most recently, putting the party stamp of approval on Kerry by saying he wanted to see Kerry and Bush debate, when 80% of his front-loaded primaries were yet to be held, was BELOW THE BELT.

I wish we could get rid of him now, before the election.

2. I like his shoot first...
...think later attitude. Which is also his problem. Im rabidly angry like him. Im glad we have the crazy white man this time in our corner (Gingrich, Lott come to mind) I'm also glad he doesn't have any real power, because he is a loose cannon.

3. Puppet for Clintons?
Is he just a puppet for the Clintons? Couldn't they find a better puppet than that?

4. I can't stand him.....
He should have been out after the 2002 elections. He comes across as a total ass.

5. Quite honestly...
His decision to focus on the whole AWOL allegations rather than REAL issues...esp, this early in the campaign season seems to me to be ill advised. We're in for a long season if the mud slinging is started already.

6. I guess we can just hope...
that Terry Mac has learned from his mistakes in 2002. The party is definately being more aggresive this year. I hope it is a sign of things to come! We really need to take back congress. Its just as important as taking back the WH.
