NHL: sport or cult?

Is it a racist cult or sport? After all, you have a bunch of white players hitting a black object across a white surface in front of a virtually all-white crowd.

5. There are some blacks getting in now...since they are second generation

children of immigrants from the Carribean Islands who came to Canada in the 60s....There are more and more of them getting interested in hockey...Their parents, from the tropics weren't hockey players for some reason....Before they came, there weren't all that many black people in Canada....:)

And it IS a fantastic sport. (The best)
