Anyone besides us Hoosiers hearing this noise? I dunno.....Evan's strong on the Enviroment, but he rides in the drug companys jocks and is hard-core DLC.
Met with Lieberman, McCain, and the Chimp in the rose garden for snackies and came out stiff and throbbing for the war.
I won't suport his re-election to the Senate, why would I support him for Veep other than "ABB"?

about voting for a Kerry/Bayh ticket.
He needs a strong labor person on the ticket, preferably one from a swing state.

2. I'm beginning to hope for a Kerry/Gephardt ticket. |

Gephardt can deliver labor...and I think Missouri as well.

He didn't do much to deliver up labor in Iowa. I don't see him being able to bring in many additional votes, and he adds nothing at all apart from the votes that he can't bring in.

12. Kerry/Gephardt ticket |

You could just about count-out any Dean supporters from this combination because of the hard feelings from the Iowa bust up--the one in which Kerry benefited so greatly.

At least twice yesterday. I wonder what's up with that? I think he would be a lousy choice.

4. Big mistake in my opinion |

Won't make Kerry much more palatable to conservatives and will alienate Democratic base, at least this member of it.

I would have a hard time voting for Kerry with Bayh on the ticket... of course, I will, because of ABB, but Bayh is such a whore.
He got a nice fat check from The Carlyle Group for his campaign, too, if I remember correctly.
I think the best v.p. would be Edwards. He's from the south, he's not from a rich family, and he's a great orator.
Bayh is an embarrassment to the legacy of his father.

Evan Bayh is almost as supportive of the GOP agenda as Zell Miller. He's a disgrace to Dem Hoosiers and his great father Birch Bayh.

There is something about that guy I don't like. Probably not his fault, but everytime I see him, I think that he is a Republican - probably the hair.
When he speaks, I realize at first he isn't, but, then if I listen a while - I think he is. He hedges.
I think he is where he is based upon his dad's career - sound familiar?
