I've seen it before but can't recall what it stands for. So could someone remind me, what does Freeper mean and isn't there some sort of website associated with it?

Lord, I asked ten Americans here in Germany, what "freeper" means. Ähhhhhhh? - I checked ten dictionairies - ??????
I didn't dare to ask DU, I thought it might be so common....

Please, tell me the truth: After the USA did take over the entire planet, will there be anything left here on eart that isn't abbreviated?
