5. First, the pix need to be online somewhere.

The link above is a good option.  Once they have a URL just
copy the URL  - something like
http://207.137.168.225/yourpic1.jpg - into your message, and
they will be included with your text, unless you checkmark the
option to format your message in plain text as I have done
here.
