Reversing the "west wing" propaganda
The west wing confused a generation of liberals to stay glued to
their couches safe knowing Martin Sheen "is" president. Gladly for
the intoxication of that unreality, reality was forgotten, and the
result was, IMO, repression of liberalism. Whatever the television
shows is the majority causes the populace (of that persuasion to
become apathetic). Liberal television has tranquilized liberalism.

That said, reversing the propaganda would be as simple as showing an
ultra-hawk (bush imitation) president. Then they can nuke
terrorists, take away American civil liberties, rob the treasury,
attack minority groups and subvert democracy.

The show would be called "Right Wing" and work the reverse propaganda
miracle of leaving the GOP couch potatoes comfortably in front of the tube on Nov 2.

I think people misunderstand the west wing as beneficial to the
democratic cause, when in fact, it is wholly destructive
propaganda... and given that propagandists might be wise to such things,
best we use that weapon against those whom have endeavored
to subdue liberalism with lies.

1. The last few episodes have done almost that very thing
In fact I have stopped watching it because it is filled with right-wing propaganda now.

2. True, but...
In fact I have stopped watching it because it is filled with right-wing propaganda now.

... in the next episode or so the consequences of right-wing thinking and acting usually are shown for the disaster in the making that they are.

I don't always watch it, so I don't know that it works that way 100%, but of what I do catch, it seems to work that way.

3. Interesting idea
and one that makes a lot of sense. I love the idea of putting an extreme (realistic) repuke into the (television) Oval Office and letting people see what the real world is like. Americans seem to believe that television is real and important (Janet's boob, etc.).

I, too, have stopped watching because of the right-ward drift of the show.

4. Transparent government by proxy
would certainly force the opaque government of lies out of the closet.
Heck, i could write an episode of "Right wing" that would force the
hand of the pukes on most every issue, merely by inference.

Geesh, and they say liberals control the media... ha!

7. hmm hadn't really noticed it was right wing
I haven't seen it as much since I've been forgetting to tape it. What I miss is the snappy Aaron Sorkin dialogue, I used to rewind it to listen again since it went by so fast and was usually so dense. I miss the wordplay. I agree that there is a fantasy component to the show and that that is attractive to people, but that doesn't have to stop people from doing what needs to be done politically and in the real world. I guess the real problem is people who substitute TV for a real life. Sometimes one needs a dose of fantasy to cope with the reality. One of the reasons I can't wake up to MOrning Edition anymore, starting the day with whatever horrible violence has occurred. I need coffee first! :)

8. I watch it...and have not noticed the right wing stuff...what have I
missed? It's just a show...so I don't take it seriously.

I do like the idea of the Right Wing...that would be interesting,

Anyone see tonights episode of Bravo? it was a special episode
with how it relates to real life in the white house they would show a clip of the show and then have someone in real life like Bill Clinton or Paul Begala on to talk but it had Karl Rove on it made me jump when he came on screen forgot what he said though thats the first time I ever heard him talk.
