running or not, the only people who will vote for him now are completely lost causes. i'd be suprised if he gets over 1%. besides, third party runs never do better after their day in the sun. compare Perot in '92 to Perot in '96. Besides, he can't use the "help the Green Party argument this time."
Forget about him.

He'll have a really hard time getting on the ballot because he's not running as a Green. He won't have that organization helping him get the signatures he needs.
