Lou Dobbs poll today
Asking how many jobs we think are in jeopardy of being outsourced overseas. Multiple choice as usual.

1. I think that if there had been a choice for 50 million, it would have won.
People are getting terrified.

2. I never thought that Lou Dobbs would be the friendly voice
for labor, but his exporting America series is without a doubt the best free media for ABB. He is hammering at it. I didn't know what the bad blood was between Clark and Dobbs but at least his labor views are a great help in waking people up especially since it is on daily.

4. One thing about Lou...
he calls it like he sees it. I might not agree w/him all the time, but he is honest enough to bring forth things of importance and not back down.

5. I voted the 14 million, too
...and thought I would be in the minority. But darned if I wasn't with the majority. They can outsource anything, seems like. Or bring in "trainees".

Interesting that he had a segment about the definition of "manufacturing jobs". Unless I didn't hear right, the administration is batting around the idea of jobs at McDonald's being defined as manufacturing. Lou Dobbs asked his guest "What are they thinking?" Good question, Lou! We've been asking that for almost 4 years!

A-a-a-r-g-h! Steve Frobes on now! A-r-r-r-r-g-h!!!!!!!!!

3. 78% say....
over 14 million will be lost over the next decade. And that's a conservative estimate.

6. Did you notice that the question was jobs lost over next DECADE
We lost 2.5 million in 2.5 years, that's 10 million in a decade at the current pace right there. And if bush* were to be around another 4 years, I'm afraid he would actually be sucessful at something and far outdo his current pace.
