Bush's Catch 22

Cheney will be a big liability if B*sh keeps on the ticket in 2004. If B*sh drops him he's admitting that he didn't know what was going on in his own administration, in other words B*sh is admitting he is just a puppet!

1. Well...

Historically, it's not that uncommon for presidents to switch
vice presidents between administrations. I don't think it should
be viewed as a big thing. Lincoln switched VPs.
