1. God I hope he gets some decent guests
Please no Hollywood types. Just because you can act doesnt mean you can discuss politics intelligently.

4. I don't know,
When they had that guy who played Samwise in LOTR, I was actually impressed with what he had to say. On the other hand, when they had that actor from Skin (or whatever that lame show was) and all he did was try to get a rise out of everybody, that was lame.

9. You were impressed when he said how genuine bush is?
Or how great bush is? puh-leeese. no self proclaimed "proud democrat" would praise bush. he is a wolf in sheep's clothing.

12. He never claimed to be a Democrat
I think at best, he was a moderate. What impressed me was that he actually knew what he was talking about. More often than not, you get these Hollywood guests who pick one or two topics to focus on and whenever the conversation shifts to something else, they are left with a confused look on their faces, but that guy actually held a respectable debate with everyone on the panel.

This week's roundtable guests on Real Time with Bill Maher include D.L. Hughley, Jon Favreau and Deborah Dickerson. Sen. George Allen will be talking with Bill via satellite.

10. remember, it repeats at 11:30 ET
Good show tonight. Two progressives on the panel, and one seemingly centrist guy who didn't say a whole lot. D.L. Hughly was awesome!

DK said what he usually says, but he was too much in "stump speech" mode and not particularly conversational with Bill. He was only on for a few minutes.

13. I don't know about moron
But he definitely should not have been on a political show. He contributed nothing to any topic, and tried unsuccessfully to be funny.
