Will we blame * for everything that goes wrong long after we defeat him? |
|
Freepers blame the Clintons for every ill of society, even though they haven't been in the White House for three years. When we defeat * this November, will we spend the next four years blaming everything on him...even if it's not his fault?

The buck stops with the President, no matter what party he is with. I know that sounds harsh, but it's the most mature attitude to have.
The temptation will be overwhelming.

we've done it before and we will do it again. No, Democrats do not have the "Clinton Syndrome" which apparently has no expiration date.

If Kerry beats the chimp what do we have then. The chimps sent back to texas and a house full of re-pugs in congress. They will all be eating his wimpy ass and nothing will change.
WE NEED MAJOR CHANGE in the WORLD.

Do you think that dissatisfied repug voters are going to vote for Nader? Do you SERIOUSLY think that Dems will abandon Kerry and vote for Nader??
If any or all of your answers are YES then I want some of what you are smoking.

I will NEVER forget the * administration lied to the country and the world in order to invade Iraq. This is not on the same level as lying about a BJ. This is mass murder. Frankly, I think it's on the level of treason.

The God awful economy, the fucking awful jobs that people have to take. Which I think is an insult to everything that they work for.
I blame him for the healthcare crisis. I blame him for the quagmire in Iraq. There is very little over the last few years that I don't blame him for. I am not quite to the point of blaming him for 9/11 but I blame him for exploiting it.

shit he did before he stole the election. In reality, I imagine that even with a dem congress and pres and even if it were DK, it will take YEARS to undo what the SOB has done, or even to find all that he's done.

shame, death, lies, theft, etc.
However, President Democrat's job is to fix it. Pres. Democrat is not a magical fairy that can waive his wand and send the world back to normal. However, he needs to be able to move the country in the right direction.

people like you will blame Ralph Nader for the ills of your party and the deficiencies of your candidates.....
Lest others get sucked into your DLC rant I remind those who still think for themselves to remember that Nader criticised Bush as much as Gore, if not more. That most of what he said was absolutely true and that the "blame Nader" gang are the same silly folks who cannot take responsibility for their own and their party's mistakes.
Dont look to the ills of your own party, dont try and understand the almost unanimous votes for the Bush agenda by democrats for the last three years oh no, dont try and figure out why Gore failed to attack the Bush position with anything approaching eloquence, just attack the outsider, yeah thats the ticket!

25. Attacking democrats doesn't help. |
|
Edited on Sat Feb-21-04 11:50 AM by philosophie_en_rose
If Ralph Nader was concerned about fighting Republicans, then he would take a public stand against them, instead of attacking Democrats.
If Ralph Nader was concerned about the Green Party, then he would join it.
If Ralph Nader was concerned about the direction of the Democratic party, he would fight as long and as hard as Dennis Kucinich.
Whatever blame anyone places on Ralph Nader is irrelevant to this election, unless Ralph Nader chooses to make himself an issue. Without Green party support, he won't even get on the ballots, so he's really no different than any other talking head on Faux.

Nader did, as I just posted above, attack republicans, as much if not more than he did Gore and the democrats! It is just that this factoid doesnt fit your blame anyone and anything except the party for the losses and the pro Bush votes.
Nader allowed the Green Party to use his stature and name recognition in order to grow a third party, he did this solely because of the betrayals of the democratic party. That first election Nader refused to even campaign, it was only in the 2000 election that the mounting refusal of the democrats to adhere to their principles became clear to him and forced him to actively speak out....Blame the democrats for Naders candidacy.
Calling Nader the equivalent of the Fox News people is the ultimate in head in the sand, knee jerk neodem attacks on anyone and anything refusing to swallow your party's defeatism and quisling betrayal of all americans by voting for Bush agendas and wars.......it shows an ignorance of his speeches and articles, of his campaign platform or a refusal to see beyond your own (misguided) loyalties to a party that is disloyal to you.

Yes--for years and years and years.
Neve ever should another Bush be allowed in any office--and that includes minor offices such as dog catcher.
This entire family seems to have a preponderance toward evil desruction --war and killing , rather than striving for a higher goal for humanity. They need killing, this family, in order to feel as thought they are a real family! lOl
Get em out forever--teach your children about the evil Bush family. work to see that this history is recorded accurately and make a mockery of any George Bush museum that he would choose to set up after he loses in order to save face. In this library/museum located in Texas, of course, will be all of his costumes he doned in order to convince people he was a real president. Wait and you will see it--the military uniform/costume he wore when he landed on the SS Lincoln aircraft carrier after manipulating it's course to give the imoression it was way far out at sea when the reality was that it was very near the coast of San Diego, will be on display, and be prominently displayed in a crass, hollywood attempt to make George seem as though he was a real president! How embarrassing for you Texans--I feel sorry for you that you have to take his residency as legitimate reason to host his "library" there.
