As a Mother of a 19 year old daughter this scares me.

I never in a million years believed I would advise my child to consider making her home outside the US.

3. If Roe vs Wade is ever overturned,

it will not outlaw abortion. It will throw the issue onto the legislators who are the people who are supposed to make laws in the first place. Don't fret for your daughter. I would guess not more than two states would outlaw abortion were Roe v Wade overturned, which it should be as it was one of the most ridiculous decisions ever made by the Supreme Court.
