Pentagon predicts armaggeddon. As in Armageddon out of here!

Um, this article seems a little bit over the top. What I like about the Brits is how straight they play this. Sure it's the end of the world, but that doesn't mean we can't summarize in in a series of bullet-pointed items. Some findings:

· By 2007 violent storms smash coastal barriers rendering large parts of the Netherlands inhabitable. Cities like The Hague are abandoned.

I think they mean UNinhabitable. And this is starting to happen even as we speak. Parts of the Netherlands are already deadly boring.

· Future wars will be fought over the issue of survival rather than religion, ideology or national honour.

It's a good thing we're conquering the middle east then. I just luuuuv tabouli

· Deaths from war and famine run into the millions until the planet's population is reduced by such an extent the Earth can cope

Dude, it'll be like Gilligan's Island. But seriously, you remember all those cheesy 1970s post-apocalyptic TV drama pilots that Gene Roddenberry kept making? The world was ravaged by pollution and abuse, but somehow John Saxon made it all seem fun and exhilerating. I think this whole report is kinda like a tribute to that. When the full report comes out I'll look to see if there are any predictions about races of mutants and scantily clad Amazon tribes springing up. That would rock.

5. Obviously the Bush controled Pentagon wants Nader to run
Bush just gave Nader some thing to boost his efforts to split the Dem vote. These facts and fiquares have been around long before Nader decided to run.

The timing is just too good

ARE PEOPLE REALLY THAT STUPID

POST AT FREEREPUBLIC

To: steplock
perhaps some of us should hit the democrat forums and convince the people there to vote for Nader when the presidential race starts. Encourage the far left dems that haven't made up their mind to vote for him so we can split their vote.

6. Frankly..
I don't see what it has to do with Nader.

Is the Global Warming movie coming out next month just a $200 million Nader campaign ad?
