Nader's true intention
Ralph Nader wants to accomplish one thing with his candidacy:
A democratic defeat.

In his sick twisted mind the only way for his extreme vision of the future to come about is for the collapse of our society. He sees this happening via an extension of Republican dominance that will pave the way for more and more of our nations wealth and power to be concentrated in fewer and fewer hands while at the same time public moneys spent of infrastructure and social programs are cut to a trickle resulting in social upheaval. Nader (IMO) believes that we must have such a crisis for people to embrace his way of thinking, so he is entering the race not to give people an alternative to the main parties but to specifically undermine the eventual Democratic candidate and contribute to a Bush victory. The evidence of this strategy is proven by Nader's stated campaign strtegy of running primarily in "battleground" states like Fl, PA, and Oh.

I truly believe that the man has a very unhealthy need to feel that he's right, and the only way he would feel vindicated would be to throw the election to Bush.

Thanks Ralph, you are one large piece of shit.

1. Locking--GD rules
Rules to start discussion threads in the General Discussion forum

1. If you start a thread in the General Discussion forum, you must present your opinion in a manner that is not inflammatory, which respects differences in opinion, and which is likely to lead to respectful discussion rather than flaming. Some examples of things which should generally be avoided are: unnecessarily hot rhetoric, nicknames for prominent Democrats or their supporters, broad-brush statements about groups of people, single-sentence "drive-by" thread topics, etc

Feel free to join in one of the threads in GDPrimary forum.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation,
DU moderator
