Nader a conservative idiot? |
|
Edited on Mon Feb-23-04 12:01 PM by ann_coulter_is_a_man
what a load of bullshit!
why not make the list top 10 people who aren't approved by the DLC and we therfore refer to as conservative idiots
why weren't lieberman, kerry, gephardt and the rest on the list when they sold us out on the war?
Nader has more libaralism in his little finger than all of those guys combined.
i understand why some may be angry that he's running, but this site is just getting juvenile.
with pat buchanan supporter mel gibson's dangerously anti-senitic 'passion of the christ' about to hit theatres and reenergize the religious right, you had more important things to go after this week

If the man is going to lie about Al Gore, then he's an idiot. A self-aggrandizing idiot. A holier-than-thou idiot.

and bear in mind that the sanctions continued against Iraq under Clinton and we continued to bomb them.
though i'm nopt sure i agree with ralph here, it's conceivable that gore would have caved to the pressures of a warmongering GOP congress.

4. Nader is knowingly working to ensure a bush win. |
|
Perhaps a useful idiot of the conservative movement would have been a better call. He is working for bushes election. The only possible strategy he has is to get bush in the oval office and hope that things get so bad that even a loon like nader will be viable in 2008.

5. Conservatives or their enablers. |
|
Nader helped conservatives in 2000, and he will help them again in 2004.

7. I agree. It's bullshit. |
|
Ralph Nader has dedicated his entire life to consumer protection and fighting for progressive causes. Calling Nader a conservative because he's running against the Democrats is like calling Buchanon a liberal because he ran against Bush.

8. I thought higher of this site |
|
I guess they'd rather keep the ballot resticted to the choice of a candidate who starts illegal wars vs. a candidate who merely supports them with his Senate votes.

9. Well, I saw a post where the GOP intended to run ads for him 2000 |
|
and if they help finance his campaign again this year, he deserves the title of conservative idiot. I didn't hear him objecting to receiving campaign boosts from a party he was supposedly against.
If the shoe fits...
