Why are the same people who are defending "Passion" |
|
dismissing claims that Jewish people who have seen the film find it to be anti semetic. Railing against those who have opinions about the film before they have actually seen it....
the same group who very recently slammed the Reagan movie, unseen...
or more pertinently fought the release of the movie The last temptation of Christ.
I can abide someone who has conflicting political beliefs to mine.
but I really hate blatant hypocrisy.

1. extremists are all about hypocrisy |
|
keep in mind that these are the same people who claim 'sanctity of life' when denying women abortions, but have no problem with wars or the death penalty.
The are the same people who scream for 'personal accountability' yet remain largely unaccountable, or unwilling to take responsibility for their actions.
I could go on and on. The hypocrisy is astounding in nearly everything they do.

2. If a movie was made about the truth |
|
It would piss off a lot of people. But the people that accept the truth would defend the movie being made no matter the turmoil it causes because it is the truth.
This is the problem. There are people that believe that the Bible is the truth. There are people that believe the Talmud is the truth. There are people that believe the Q'uran is the truth. And there are people that believe the scientific method is the way to find the truth.
Tell the truth and someone is going to be pissed.
