I support free speech, and the right that Limbaugh has to spew his idiocy, but would I be a good citizen to not tell CC that Limbaugh violates their new "Zero Tolerance" policy?
Hey, I'm just trying to save the children, you know?

2. Clear Channel and their restriction of free speech is the problem |
|
Limbaugh is not the problem
If you don't agree, don't tune in. I support free speech and also happened to listen to Howard Stern on my lengthy daily commute. He would occasionally offend me and I would typically turn on Imus or NPR.
Find out what Clear Channel stations broadcast in your area and boycott them. Support the local economy and support free speech.
For the record, my local Boston metro stations are
JAM'N 94.5 KISS 108
Both are wildly popular stations. Jamn is the rap/hip hop station and Kiss is the most popular top-40 station.

Stern may say things which aren't politically correct, and it's certainly not educational. But in the morning I truly honestly enjoy listening to him.
I really like listening to Imus when he has politicians on the show. I like listening to Stern when he interviews celebrities.
Of course, things he says can be taken way out of context when they are printed in the papers.

9. Some Of MyFriends Don't Like Stern But |
|
I think much of his humor is tongue in cheek...
For all the fun he pokes at gays he opposes the fundies and is supportive of gay rights...
Same thing with women and minorities...

take it!
Republican hypocritical assholes! But they know that about themselves and don't care, won't even try to better themselves, it's always someone elses fault...and that's why none of us wants to be anywhere near them...they are completely greedy, selfish, sick, lying assholes!

10. I'm conservative and i think its stupid |
|
This is just congress having a circle jerk right now. Everyone knows what Stern does. Don't like it, don't listen. Conservatives that are happy about this won't be if an another administration goes after Limbaugh or Hannity saying its hate speach. Don't like don't listen, because you know what they are. The market will dictate if they stay on the air or not. simple as that
