Just thought it might be interesting to compile the areas in which bushco pushes states rights vs federal rule over states. Put all together might be a handly list to refer to when discusssing bush with undecided folks... not just due to his inconsistency... but the the general pattern of political opportunism - indicating he is neither - just looking for the most quick mileage.

States Rights....
-The right to fly the confederate flag

Federal Dominance.....
-Energy Regulations - take away from states (and a bonus - give the fed. gov. the right to "take property" (imenent domain)... on behalf of energy companies for energy transmission.
-FMA
