Limbaugh uses Clear Channel for syndication. I wonder what the "children" think of Clear Channel putting on the air of a admitted drug user? They are so worried about Stern and others but yet an illegal drug buyer and user is allowed to continue and get paid 14 million a month to do it.

I was actually surprise, though, when Limbaugh defended Stern and spoke out about what the government is doing (the congressional hearings on indeceny in the media).

Why didn't CC pimp slap Stern a year ago,two years ago?? Well..uhh because he was PIMPING for Bush on a daily basis. Loud mouthed,crude,bigot but who the hell cared THEN?? CC sure as hell didn't.

How many CC stations is Savage on?? Jesus,he's worse than Stern IMO but CC keeps him on the air,and is willing to sell him ALL the billboard space he can afford.

of Janet Jackson's boobie. Before Stern got smacked, a guy known as Bubba the Love Sponge down in Florida got canned from Clear Channel. He had just incurred a $715,000 fine from the FCC, so Clear Channel fired him despite his high ratings. So Stern joked that this was the only successful thing Bush has done, and the next day Stern gets the ax. So it's more about the FCC investigations post-Janet Jackson than Howard's Bush comments, although those aren't going to help. Shooting his mouth off at Bush may be Stern's Last Stand.
