Poll question: If you have a cell phone, do you have the phone numbers of your Senators
and Congressperson programmed in it?

1. I only know how to make calls out on my cellphone
Everything else is too complicated.

Like on and off. Why is the on symbol RED and the off symbol GREEN? I usually just hit buttons over and over until it hangs up.

So programming numbers is a few steps beyond my grasp, I'm afraid...it would mean reading the instruction booklet. Now where did I stash that? The last time I saw it...sigh.

2. Try this:
Type in the number you want to program (just like you were going to make a call)
After the number is entered you should see on the screen a hint as to how to save the number. On my phone I have these two so-called "soft keys" whose function changes according to what mode it is in. I press one of those keys to save the number.
The phone then guides me through the remaining steps to save the number
Hint: to program the name corresponding to the phone number, you hit the number key that corresponds to the letter you are trying to enter.
For example, to enter the leter "a", I hit the "2" key once. To enter the letter "b", I hit the "2" key twice in rapid succession.
I have to wait a few seconds before entering the next letter if it happens to be an a, b, or c.
Hope this helps!

4. Okay I did everything you said
Now, why is there an aid car and a fire engine outside my door?

3. I don't own a cell phone
I also don't have one of those balls and chains around my ankle. For about the same reason.
