Saw the DUMBEST Bumper Sticker EVER!(this beats all other dumb ones!)
By far the dumbest bumper sticker to date.I nearly drove off the road.

"God.Jesus Christ.George W.Bush.A Winning Team in 04"

Just to keep everyone up to date, if your a liberal you MUST hate God/Jesus.Remember all you godless liberals, God/Jesus only blesses White registered Republicans.Everyone else is going to hell!

Has anyone seen a sticker as dumb as this one or does this win as the dumbest bumper sticker of all time?

16. check this site for stickers
You might try www.darwinfish.com Lots of good stickers 'n stuff there.

By the way, I'm new to this board--posted a few remarks already, but seems they got buried :nopity: ..yeah yeah poor me

Anyway, what does n/t mean? I see that as people's message sometimes. Also, why do I see Chimp-brain being referred to as " * " ?

21. It stands for "no text"
I think in the old days at DU you were required to have something in the body of your post (in addition to your post title). When someone didn't care to add anything in the body, they would type "n/t". The DU software nowadays allows you to leave the body blank, so the n/t isn't needed.

24. Welcome to DU!
A few schtuff I had to learn...

N/T = no text
LIHOP= Let it happen on purpose (9/11)
MIHOP= MAKE it happen on purpose.
BFEE= Bush Family Evil Empire.
MORAN= a joke about a picture passed around, where some republican's sign told us to get a brain, and he spelt moron wrong.
*= George W Bush
HOLY JOE= Lieberman.
Transvestite= Ann Coulter
meme= a political trend...such as talking points, propaganda, or news events that just won't die.

Hope that helps!:-)

28. N/T = no text. * is a Roger Maris reference.
Edited on Sat Feb-28-04 02:53 PM by AZCat
* is a reference to Roger Maris whose record 61 home runs in 1961 was listed for 30 years in the record books with an asterisk, because of a controversy over the length of the season.

For Dubya, his 'election' in 2000 will go down in the history books (at least the ones written by us) as an 'asterisk' win because he lost, but managed to convince five Supreme Court Justices to 'install' him.

34. The asterisk
Comes from the dissenting opinion in Bush v. Gore, I think. It's said that bush will have an asterisk next to his name in the list of presidents because the legitimacy of his election will forever be in dispute.

9. My Favorite Bumper Sticker
...not the dumbest but certainly my favorite because it irritates the pro-life crowd so much is "God is Pro-Choice". Which is true -- because he made us all with the freedom to choose -- and to suffer the rewards or concequences of our choices.

26. It WOULD be a winning team
Except both God and Jesus have dismissed claims that they will be on the ticket come November.

From THIS_IS_SATIRE:
According to Washington insiders, George W. Bush has been courting both God and Jesus as replacements VP Dick Cheney on the Republican ticket this fall. A flurry of scandals have erupted around the vice-president's old company, Halliburton, the Supreme Court is scheduled to hear a case this spring concerning Cheney's energy panel, and an investigation into the leaking of CIA agent Valerie Plame's identity to conservative columnist Robert Novak has led to the office of the vice-president.
Sources say that Bush and his advisors are concerned that keeping Cheney on the ticket will doom their chances for winning come November, and that a 'short list' of candidates has been circulating the west wing of the White House. Reportedly, God and Jesus are both on this list.
Jesus didn't return a phone call inquiring about his possible addition to the Republican ticket, but a spokesperson said there would be a statement released on Sunday. In response to repeated questions, he referred to the popular slogan, "What Would Jesus Do?" Jesus has been reluctant to become involved in politics, although for years he has been part of the process in Washington. Claims of endorsements by Jesus of candidates in recent years have been instead by Supply-Side Jesus, his cousin.
God responded on Friday to questions about a possible candidacy by blanketing South Carolina with snow. Those close to the deity assured this reporter that 'plagues of locusts' were out of vogue and would be left off any future response.
