Bushco has done everything in it's power to ensure that no civilian or military personnel can be brought before the Hague, both by their bilateral non-extradition agreements with over 30 nations under Article 98 of the Rome Statute of the Int'l Criminal Court and by the American Servicemembers Protection Act, which states that the US is authorized to use any force necessary to get back US citizens who may be indicted or brought before the Hague.
