Have you heard anyone calling for Gavin Newsom to be arrested?

I saw some over at FR writing to Arnold asking that he be arrested for distributing counterfeit marriage licenses or something. it's quite funny.

I actually wish they WOULD arrest him. It would make him an even bigger hero.

compare Newsom to Judge Roy Moore...and whine that the liberal press got Moore fired while they are cheering Newsom on I am going to puke.

Moore's act of defiance was to put the monument in the court house...Something he thought was within his consitutional bounds to do.
HOWEVER, when told repeatedly by court after lower court, and finally, HIS OWN court that he had to remove them, *still* refused.

Gavin Newsom has not to this date been instructed by any court to stop doing anything. And I suspect he will comply with a court injunction when and if that comes.

Whew, had to get that one off my chest.

Bill O'Reilly kept asking a Fox Legal Analyst who was a guest if the people involved in issueing the marriage-licenses could be arrested, and the Legal Analyst kept saying no.
