Bush: "This is a new chapter in Haiti's history."
I just heard this on MSNBC. Just another example of a completely out of touch person.

3. Bu$h apparently isn't
aquainted with history. For Haiti it is the same old thing. Getting screwed by neo-colonialism is the same as colonialism.

7. He doesn't play their game
Aristide was for the common man, not the rich investor. This is what they do to all the democratically elected leaders who don't play along.

the headline on Yahoo says "Bush sends Marines to Haiti"

Damn--what a guy!! I bet he loves reading that headline all about himself, the AWOL coward, making him look like--well like the guy who landed a jet on the aircraft carrier SS Lincoln, emerged from it, all dressed up in military costume ,complete with helmut under his arm, and strutting about on the deck in spite of the fact that the parachute line constrictions to his genital area must have made walking very difficult, but it did make him look as if he really had some balls so he made the sacrifice.

Damn--ain't he good?

Damn, he sent the Marines to Haiti!!

He does not have a clue as to the history of Haiti or the conditions there or probably anything about it, and further, I don't think he cares. He is just doing what someone else tells him to do and pretending he is the one in charge.

12. A new start with out that troublesome democracy.
Pathetic that Bush will steal from the poorest peoples of the earth.

This is probable the first of many regime changes that Bush is going
to ram though before he loses next fall.

The US is holding Aristide prisoner.

Disgusting!

13. new chapter, same book ...
If Bush stands by and lets democracy die in Haiti, how in hell does he expect to have any credibility in the world community when he talks about bringing "democracy" to Iraq?

ps. this is a purely rhetorical question....
