The way to look at Rush now is that he has absolutely no choice but spew his lies. If he turned on * now he would certainly be subject to the federal prosecution for serial transactions to avoid the reporting requirements for those many $9,900 cash withdrawals, as well as tax fraud for helping his dealer avoid income tax by paying her in cash. I used to listen to him before he got caught, but now that he is a prisoner to Bush there is no sport in it.
