In the memo field, it says that it's "tax relief for America's families."

Our $400 goes right into the house. We're barely keeping our heads above water in this economy. Meanwhile, the average millionaire gets a tax break of about $91,000 - just short of twice what I make in a year. Of course, they probably weren't desperate to get the money to begin with; they can wait until next April for theirs.

The deficit the government is incurring for this year alone dwarfs the size of this tax cut, so it's really more of a bribe-loan than a 'rebate' anyway. We'll be paying it back—or maybe my kid will.
