What a right-wing piece of garbage. He was on Wolf Blitzer's show this morning debating Peter Beihart over the gay bishop issue. This fool parrots the RW talking points, quotes scripture about how "wrong and sinful" homosexuality is, and how it would ruin the church to have a gay bishop.

Worst of all, he went on to say that he "didn't choose to be black" but gays choose their lifestyle. Get educated Armstrong!! You didn't choose to be black, but did you choose to be heterosexual? Nope? I didn't think so. Then STFU!

Then, to top it all off, Peter made refence to gays as being an oppressed minority and I thought Williams would have a stroke. He clutched his chest as if in pain and started spewing such as "how dare you compare gays to REAL oppressed minorities like us blacks!" This man is so completely out to lunch.

Do you suppose he actually knows better than the crap that he espouses, or is he just that willfully ignorant? Do you think he considers himself unbiased? I think he probably does. Sheez!!

loses all of my respect...I think this is a terribly disrespectful. If we accept diversity of skin color, why not diversity of opinion? Why do any minorities who happen to be conservative immediately earn the "sellout" label? I may not agree with Armstrong, Thomas Sowell, Walter Williams, etc but I'm not about to call them uncle tom's simply because they are conservatives. That is the ultimate form of bigotry.
