Ok so i go the travis county convention and there was alott of Dean and Kucinich people who really pressed the progressive agenda we got resolutions passed
To Get outta Nafta/WTO (two snotty UTers before i got to speaki had fun speaking about this to the whole convention about how this isnt just a leftist issue and related my exp of unity at FTAA protest and then my oldschool con border line libertarian DKer chimed in with why conservatives dont like it either )
Universial College (a really snarky kerry supporter around me was like its a bunch a communism :puke: )

a few really really really cool res' got killed or sent to breauocratic lala land

lots of praises of the killer d's lloyd doggett and dean and lotta bush 'n delay bashin. got to meet a couple of the killer D's I am going to the state convention as a delegate at large for kucinich (he got more than 18 delegates!!!)to further push my radical agenda and hold the dems feet to the fire
Oh and you might want to make note of this my life time dem friend who works with the mexican american democrats and progressive hispanic democrats says that there is always more people participating in the conventions when there are PROGRESSIVE DEMOCRATS FOR REAL CHANGE

That is one of my favorite parts of the platform. If we have that, more people will be educated, and thus a smarter nation.

they freaked at support for the ADA. I hope the metro counties were able to do better on that one. I never even tried to get them to accept universal free college; that would have been shooting for the moon in a cave.

How many columnists have written that, and how many, many DUers have said that very thing. Yet, we keep coasting further right with centrist Dems, and wonder why we so often lose. "When will they ever learn.........." Some songs just stay in relevant.
