I was just wondering about that. A couple of people I know at were said they weren't. I find it hard to believe because I thought one would be sworn in as a matter of course when testifing.
Does anyone know for sure?

now I can tell those folks that of course they weren't under oath, because they haven't even testified yet!
Do you know when they are scheduled to testify?
