Poll question: Drop the O' from O'Franken Factor?
Okay, now that we've all heard Al Franken's new radio show, should he keep the name as it is (The O'Franken Factor) or drop the O' bit and keep the show real?

4.  down the road it may be tired, but for "right" now it's funny
When we post about the radio shows can we automatically provide a link. We have new people popping in to DU and we want them to get to these radio shows as easily as possible.

10. Too much like al Quaeda,
too easy for the wingnuts to viciously lampoon (assuming they have the wit).

13. How about...
How about "The Alsama bin Franken Factor"?

Oh, wait... that's a very bad idea. Almost as bad as my idea for having Al host a show with Gloria Steinem and calling it "The Franken-Steinem Show."

Okay, I apologize for that. That was a mistake.

5. It could be "The 'Oh, Franken!' Factor."
But Al Franken isn't the first to use an Irish-German hybrid name. There was a 20th century artist named Boris O'Klein.

Anyway, I like the parody of O'Reilly's name.

6. Keep the O

It keeps the truth in front of the public. The truth is that Bill O' Reilly is a bigot and a nutcase.

Al Franken is telling everyone that he is the alternative to the lies that O'Reilly is telling.

12. Franken is great
I like how he refers to the "other" show as just the "Reilly Factor". I would love to see Bill's little hissy fit over this.

Keep it up Al!!!

14. Waiting for Reilly and Faux's next lawsuit
against Franken

"We are asserting that Al Franken stole the 'O' from our employee's name..."

I heard Al Franken speak in Pittsburgh a few weeks ago, and he was hilarious going on about how O'Reilly wound up being tortured over the whole book gig and Fox got laughed out of court over their suit.

The first one is a nice little play on words and both sound like "Friggin'"
