1. Common enough though
I also like the one where Clinton's infidelity to his wife gave corporate America the brand new idea to cheat and lie in order to make a profit.

2. If it HAD taken 8 years to work...
...it would have kicked in at the start of Bush I's term. It didn't.

Someone showed an enlightening graph on deficits during the Reagan, Bush I, Clinton, and Bush II's admin. Can't find it now. Help please?

3. Yeah right ... Reaganomics took 8 years to work
The only way that would even be possible is if both Bush (41) and Clinton did not change any of Reagan's economic policies. Once the policies were changed, Reaganomics could no longer have any effect.

Besides, even if the Reaganomics argument was true ... not being able to turn a profit for over 8 years is not something to be proud of. Could you imagine what would happen if a failing, multi-million dollar corporation hired a CEO who said, "I'll turn this company around and we'll have record breaking profits ... in about 8 years or so." :eyes:

4. Clinton created the surplus so he could spend a whole bunch of money
ON SOCIAL PROGRAMS AND STILL LEFT MONEY IN THE BANK. He was so fucking evil.

And according to condi he allocated way too much money for fighting terrorism.
