On Hardball last night he was hammering Bush and Condi on her speech...praising Clarke...
He comes off well because he's not just screaming everything anti-Bush - yet he makes clear points about what a mess Iraq was and argued well on the Repub's points about Clinton not doing enough when they wouldn't have approved of him doing something anyway!!! They screamed Wag the Dog when he finally did do something...good point Joe!!!
