You know how you can't resist those Starbucks coffees and fancy lattes?

Well, me either, so here's what you can do. Next time you're in Office Depot or Costco, get some of those paper cups you can use for coffee.

Fifty of them won't cost you more than one Vente Latte. :)

Next time somebody from your office makes a Starbucks run, get the Vente size and use your new cups to split it with a colleague.

The Vente size of coffee is only a dime more than the Grande, and the Grande is only a dime more than the Tall.

Presto, you have two "Talls" for the price of one Vente, plus twenty cents. The cup will run you from 4 to 10 cents, depending on where you buy it.

Now, put the the dollar or two or three that you saved in a jar for Kerry or Move-On or a deserving down-ticket candidate.

You can have your Starbucks and make regular political donations, too.
