I didn't like her position on the accuracy of the machines. She made some small, sympathetic comment about the machines. But I do give her props for how she's handling her broadcast. She's in charge.

I am dying for ranked voting here in Maine, but the ballot counters are having fits over it. (Keep in mind we are very rural and are talking about hand counting paper ballots.)

Just for the record, I posted on DU and pointed out Bev could use a lap top. Bev needed one when she's on the road working for honest, accoutable voting. I took it to DU and asked around.

As for money, I suppose fighting for democracy is supposed to come out of only one person's pocket?

We've all contributed a lot of our own time, money, and effort.

Just to clarify the record, Bev's asked for a laptop herself on her own site many times... the same place where she asks for money to publicize her book, jet off to New York, California and various other places to meet with publishers and launch lawsuits and whatnot.

Yes, yes, she's doing noble and important work. I just hope she declares all that income and posts all the relevant records for everyone to read. It's all above board, right? ;)

Words that aren't backed up with action and effort, are kind of like vaper ballots vs. paper ballots. One is just conjecture, the other solid evidence.

Again, THP, what have you done to help out honest voting lately? Someone with your obvious wit and talent wastes it belittling others.

Drop the caustic criticism for once and tell what you would do to secure honest, accountable voting. I think you have some insight. I think you have some talent. Why engage all of it in negativity?
