Newsweek reporter in Iraq just reported that the Shiites and the Sunnis...
...have never in the history of Iraq combined forces to fight an outside invader until now. He was just interviewed on CNN. That Bush really is quite a uniter.

1. I've been saying, this is not a civil war.
It's a war of liberation.

3. During the original crusades
It took a century before the Muslims united to throw out the infidel invaders. Bush has united a more factionalized group in a fraction of that time.

Everything Usama wanted to accomplish when he pulled off 9-11, Bush is giving him. We destabilized the most stable secular government in the Middle East so he could take over, and now we are running his recruitment campaign.

5. Are they actually combining?
Or are they fighting separately, in different cities? Most reports I've seen have said the latter.

7. just a feel, in a hard way, this may be our grace
i have from the beginning said we cannot do this, middle east has to do. and what a violent and horrible way for them to unite, is a sacrifice of our soldier for bush and other american abuse in those lands.

an odd kinda feel in that area for me, a healing. and our recognizing finally their right to create. the necessity of kerry being elected.

will be interesting the next handful of months.

been listening to aa too, geez this world. i listen to all coming out and saying. why would anyone think bush has a chance. how little we think of we the people. what aa has given us in just a week in expressing.

8. Newsweek reporter
is unfamiliar with the history of Iraq. Sunnis and Shiites joined forces in 1920 to fight the British.
