Bush is sneaking off to the "ranch" again.....
He stops off in NC today to pretend he is doing something for the unemployed, then he's off to his pig farm for about 5 days. It is expected that Cheney will slip in the back door of the ranch while the reporters are preoccupied in NC and elsewhere. They are thinking about their appearnace before the 9/11 Commission and they want to practice their lies before their appearance. Nobody knows whether Condi will be there or not? She is probably not too happy that Bush threw her to the wolves so soon after she explained the "executive privilege" policy on nationwide television. Some think she may still be steaming a little bit...

5. His main reason for the NC visit is to fund raise
Edited on Mon Apr-05-04 09:23 AM by kcwayne
But of course in order for taxpayers to pay for his visit to campaign, he has to do something "official".

NPR said that the Democrats were conducting a food drive in front of the convention center where the Republicans are hosting the $2000 a plate lunch to collect cans of food for the hungry in North Carolina, so many of whom have permanantly lost jobs (my sister among them). I bet they won't cover that on CNN.

7. AWOL Bush prepared for 9/11 with a month at the Pig Farm
in Crawford. Something about HOME that brings out the true G.W. Bush. Alas for America.

8. kerry needs to do a mcconnell type ad with blood hounds looking for bush
in his first bid for a seat in the senate, kentucian mitch mcconnell ran an ad against his opponent who rarely showed up for senate votes. the ad showed bloodhounds searching for mcconnell's opponent thru the woods, streams, and forest and it made it look like his opponent was, get this..........AWOL from the senate.

mcconnell won easily and kerry should use the same trick on bush....with graphics of the number of days that bush was on vacation, especially before 911.

a voice-over booming that "you can't be an effective president if you are always on vacation."
