What will happen in Iraq in July

I am assuming that the US will stick with the timetable to hand Iraq over to the puppet regime. What will Iraq be like? What will happen the first time an Iraqi policeman tries to stop an American soldier?

1. U.S. Leaving Iraq in July

Is like Seperation of Church & State right now in America. Ain't gonna happen.

2. Nothing was going to change after June 30 anyway

Troops still there.

Puppet government still in place.

For the life of me, I don't understand why anyone credits this "turn over" date with any substance.

3. It'll be hot

Temperatures in the low 110's, 12% humidity, with scattered bloody uprisings, and 50% chance of Beirut-barracks-sized bombings.

4. There will be a flurry of propaganda

trumpeting Bush's Iraq victory. They will say "look, he did everything he said he would; thwarted an imminent danger, rescued the Iraqi people from a vicious despot, and handed the country back so they can govern themselves." MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.

No matter what festering hell we've created, this is how they will spin it.
