2. At the staff development conference for my organization.... |

(I work in a state employment office with WIA funding) at the conference, we did some mock scenarios with famous names as the characters, and one was Bush. My group did the exercise properly, but then added the following:
1) We didn't think Republicans were re-trainable. 2) He didn't have a strong enough work history to validate providing him funding (all those failed business, and just look what he did to Texas!) 3) We did feel, however, that he could benefit from a referral to an outside agency for adult literacy education.
