To the "Journalists" who frequent DU

[Caution]

I'm referring to those of you who run right-wing, so called "conservative" journals, newspapers and websites. Are there occasionally posts here which are angry and improper and can be taken to show that there are people at DU who hate America? Sure. Are they the norm? No, not even close.

I understand the anger that can lead to these rants, but unfortunately DU is started to become a place that the right-wing media uses to prop up the lies about liberals. Let me be the first to say "I Disagree" We don't need to get our ass kicked, we don't need soldiers to die and to any right wing fascist "journalist" who props up these posts as "typical" of Dems, you should be ashamed of yourself for blatantly propagandizing the fringe of the Dem party who are angry over the damnable lies and policies of our corrupt administration and in reality it is people like you, Mr. "journalist" who is much more to blame for the sad state that our country finds itself in and for the feelings of anger towards our own country that these posts typify. So go ahead, keep pulling out the small amount of posts, keep ignoring those who call these posters to task, and keep using them to propagate your lies. The truth is out there for those who wish to find it and the 2004 election will be the beginning of the end for your corrupt, sick, agenda.

The "journalists" who do this sort of thing (**cough**Boortz**cough**) are low-down dogs with no honor, and any appeals just bounce off them.

4. The RW Bush apologisits are in it for the money

We can be used easily if taken out of context. They are self-serving oppurtunists.

Their demographic is other RW ideologs that need anger to sustain their lives and using liberals and democrats as a scapegoat for their problmes and as a money making tool by these the so-called jouranlists.

The Thing is it that the readers of these so-called journalsits beleive the lie or don't even know or care their being used like puppets. I pity the fools (as per MR. T).

They are RW oppurtunsists not journalists.

5. Intellectual dishonesty is a hallmark of the neo-con "new republican"

They can't win arguments on their merit, so they use any and all tactics otherwise, going so far as to manufacture their own cannon fodder. There is little doubt in my mind that some of the more extreme "angry Dems" (and yes, I've posted a few angry tirades myself) are RW plants trying to make the site look bad, and give credence to their straw man arguments.
