BV - last ques - do you believe that had the prez taken action to issue a directive to CIA to insure the FBI had pulsed the agency...so any info that had been collected would be transmitted..the prez might have been able to receive the info that 2 operatives from AQ were IN the Us and Moussaui, who Dick Clarke was never made aware of...in flight school in MN trying to learn avionics of comm jetliners etc...blab...would that have possibly in your view made a difference to collect this info and shake the trees (ala Dick Clarke) and possibly interrupt this

C given the level of threat the CIA FBI were doing what they could - no threat directive - if there had been I am sure CIA would have made it available to the prez... shaking the trees= Dick Clarke was doing it, FIB CIA was doing it...we had a structural problem in the US - we did not share info CIA/
FBI that policy people could depend on....
