They make it seem like the memo, because it didn't say the date, time and place of an attack, was not a warning of pending terrorism! I know that the GOPher's idea of missile defense involves an enemy telling us EXACTLY when and where a missile will be shot from (and we will still only have about a 5% chance of hitting it) but where they really expecting to intercept a message listing the hijackers' names, the flights they had reservations on, etc.???? Isn't the job of the intelligence services to INTERPRET INTELLIGENCE? Any trained monkey could run the government if we are to expect enemies to be so courteous....oh wait.....
