The big one that I saw (and I now see it repeated on NBC):

The President's August 6th PDB stated that Al Queda was planning hijackings in the US soon. Condi says 'steps were taken' to prevent this, but Roemer and Kerrey noted that no evidence of these 'steps' exists.

While I knew this, or at least strongly suspected it, I'm pretty sure most Americans didn't.

1. She lied to the Commission, at several points contradicting her own testimony and previous statements.

2. Her recounting of events and her role pre- AND POST- 9-11 paint a picture of gross incompetence. She seems to have approached every issue as an abstract academic exercise, consistently took no action and now retreats into a silly semantical refuge, for example, that's not a "threat," that's not a "plan," that;s not a "strategy."

3. She would have us believe that Clinton, who at least did something, did not do enough, but excuses the fact that they did NOTHING by repeatedly claiming that they were working on a "strategy." Yet, the only evidence of this "strategy" is virtually identical to the Clinton "non-plan."

4. She utterly fails to take responsibility for anything that happened pre- or post-9-11.

I believe she gave the families sufficient grounds to file criminal negligence civil suits against her.

Our media and political partisans are so dysfunctinoal that they actually debate whether she did well or not. None of these vermin even cares that 3000 people died and we have destroyed our national reputation over these people's lies.
