They are hitting all the dots - warnings about flying on and just before 9/11 - the 8-6-01 PDB - replaying Condi's spinning fillibustering - a pilot's wife told the widdows that he (the pilot) told her (the wife) that he was taught the pilots were indispensable and not to fight in a hijacking and if they knew about he flight schools he may have fought - that if Mindy's husband knew about the terrorist threat he wouldn't have stayed in the WTC and might have gotten out in time - etc., etc., etc.

Yes, clark said that even if his strategy/plan had been followed 9/11 probably wouldn't have been prevented. BUT, the real issue is the total breakdown in the summer of 2001, and Clark has said that if things were done differently, 9/11 may have been prevented. Two separate issues that the repigs are spinning together.
