It's heartwarming to know that my life is in the hands of Condi Rice...
the consummate bureaucrat...the Queen of double-speak...the rival of the "Musicman" for fast talking...the competent incompetent... the token woman in the Bush administration always on the verge of tears... God! I thought she was awful! It was painful listening to her and I can't imagine that most 9/11 families will take this very well. I have said this before, but I will say it again: the 9/11 families will take Bush down and it will be fitting that they do!

They shook the trees. They shook the trees. They shook the trees.

Nobody should ever accuse them of "not shaking the trees".

God. That's three hours of my life I will never, ever get back. In the meantime, Kay Bailey Hutchison says that the research is "wrapping up" and that we should "support our Commander In Chief" now.

6. I was almost embarrassed for her!
Either nobody told her or she couldn't remember...or it wasn't a "plan" it was a set of "recommended actions". How is she still in this job?????

8. My theory
I don't think Condoleeza is a shrewd, lying, double-talking instrument of a corrupt administration, I think all this forgetting and mental ineptitude is a sign of a nascent degenerative disorder that'll have her someday stumbling around downtown DC with a wet pair of pants claiming to be the mayor of Timbuktu. She should be pitied, not hated. Have a heart.
