6. Hah! Promoting Absentee ballots now! He doesn't state the
fact that absentee ballots are counted by the optical scan machines, that are also questionable!

13. Jim Dickson
is a blind drama queen, who videotaped PWDs while he was having a hissy fit about DREs. I will not believe he is not getting paid by Diebold et al.

I have written him multiple emails w/BBV info, requesting he refrain from his untruths. He has never returned one email.

He makes all of us (disabled) look bad.

Since I am not informed enough and can't write for shit, I have requested help in writing Justice For All (largest online disabled org.). Unfortunately, I have received no help.

8. Gonzalez saying that requiring identification would, in effect,
be the same as requiring a poll tax. Requiring a photo id is discriminatory.

10. Commissioner Edly, in favor of the DRE machines....whaaaa...
U.S. Comm'n on Civil Rights, reconfirms enormous potential in these machines, problems as compared to what? Risks being introduced as to DREs, conspiracies...have any of you seen analysis to compare the risks of benefits and No. 2, what do we know about the costs of the transition of the training of personnel as opposed to the advantages of the DREs?

11. Mercuri states that these machines are only warranted for 10 years and....
that after three years they are already breaking down.

14. Recall error stats
Wade Henderson was quoting failure rates for mechanical technology machines, optical scan and touch screen (1.5) in the recent recall election. With what I know about the machines and their proprietary nature, where did those statistics come from?
