It's a small point, but good for them for calling her "Ms. Rice".

It's generally bad form (and pretentious!) to use "Dr." for anyone who isn't a medical doctor.

In Rice's case it's just PR on the part of Bushco to make her appear to be better qualified than she is.

they asked him how the FBI could come up with all that info on the highjackers so goddam FAST if they had no investos going at the time.

HE LIED TO them straight on, assuring them that there were NO investigations ongoing at the time of the attacks.
