David Gregory (MSNBC) just said "scripted press conference". |
|
Edited on Tue Apr-13-04 09:04 PM by AnnitaR
We all knew it anyway!
They were talking about the "dead people on TV" and he said that was the one "real" moment tonight. Whether it was good or bad it was a real moment tonight.
Then he said "and in these SCRIPTED press conferences. you don't get a lot of those moments".
What the hell is the point of SCRIPTED press conferences??????

I would love to see him in an unscripted debate with John Kerry!

2. Bush himself made some comment about that |
|
When a reporter asked him what his biggest mistake was since 9/11, Bush was befuddled! Did I imagine it when he said something like, "I wish I'd had that question submitted ahead of time like the others so I could come up with an answer." Or did he really say that?!!

He kept looking at his notes to see who he was supposed to call on next, and if you noticeed he would look at his notes during his "answers" too. He even at one point said, "Sorry, I have must calls." Notice he never got to anyone except the must calls. I found it VERY amusing that he couldn't pronounce Don Ganyea's last name, so he just called him Don - plus he had never heard of him before. guess Dubya doesn't listen to much NPR. ROFL
