7. Cheney and his energy task force just brought up.

Mentioned the motive to control the oil in light of probable shortages in the near future and in relation to Cheney doing his best to keep his energy task force papers underwraps and the conflict of interest in going duck hunting with Scalia when Scalia will be adjudicating the law suits trying to gain access to the reports. Names three people as being in key positions to control the outcome of 9/11: David Frasca of the FBI for shutting down 9/11 investigations by the FBI, Ben Swinney (Sp?) as the FAA person who delayed the USAF from scrambling fighters in time to intercept any of the hijacked aircraft, also one other person in the State Department (didn't catch his name) who had some role in tracking Al Quaida. Says he will have details in his forthcoming book.
